Fitzroy Modern Pub Bar Dining Room
Builders Arms Hotel is a landmark public house on Gertrude Street, Fitzroy. The essence of the Builders Arms remains unchanged after more than 150 years of trading, and reopening in 2012 with new hands, it is restored and renewed. The dining room in the heart of the Builders Arms Hotel takes it’s name from George Orwell’s essay Moon Under Water.
Offering classic pub fare and counter meals by Andrew McConnell and Josh Murphy, the Bar and Bistro is open from midday Monday to Friday and 11am on Saturday and Sunday. Reservations are taken for lunch and dinner.
